Remember this place? Lonely eh? Well no more. Sledgehammer Games have rolled out a patch that fixes HQ and other aspects of the game. Everything was good for me in-game and partying up with buddies but I would not be able to do anything but go from game to game and chat. Now I can do what I want. Change class, guns, mods etc etc. Good stuff. See you on the battlefield.

Omaha Beach Landing PS4 Pro Activision has released the first post-launch patch for Call of Duty: WWII. It fixes many of the issues in the game as well as nerfing four guns. Patch Notes: Multiplayer General: Connectivity improvements and optimisations Fixed de-ranking issues Addressed an issue where players encountered an infinite load screen Leaderboard stability improvements and bug fixes General UI improvements Loading optimisations Splitscreen functionality improvements Added new unlock inventory stars to indicate when new items are added Adjusted hit marker audio to be higher default level (note: can be adjusted in settings) Fixed out of world exploits on Gustav Cannon and Sainte Marie du Mont Espionage Basic Training – Reduced painted time from 10 to 6 seconds. Made it so only bullet damage paints you. Weapon tuning to allow for one shot kills outside of hardcore mode, enabling challenge completion. Fixed infinite flamethrower bug XP Earn rate tuned in ...

It looks like we'll be running about the streets of London come November as some screens have been shown of a London street and a tube tunnel. What's more it looks like we'll be using an old leather football as some kind of weapon or maybe good old fashioned gameplay in the form of capture the football? Not long now. Call Of Duty WW2 launches 3rd November. 

Fantastic news for fans of the propper Call Of Duty. By propper I mean the first games, where it all started. I remember playing on a 56K modem on a map called Carentan. Since then I've been to Normandy, twice and taken pictures of the bullet holes in the church. Carentan was taken by the US airborne mostly made up of the 101st and 82nd. I'm over the moon to see one of the best ever MP maps is back for COD WW2. It's for season pass holders only, timed, then to all later on. No indication as to how long the wait will be. I've never bought a season pass yet but this may have to be the first. A teaser shot is out and that's it. BUT what a teasing shot.

For me this is the best news this generation. The thought of booting up Call Of Duty on my PS4 Pro in 4k has the excitement level at max. I just can't wait. For years I've been wishing for COD WW2 or Brothers in Arms to come out on PS4. I hope they don't balls it up but looking at the footage it looks brilliant. November the 3rd is the date. Developer Sledgehammer Games has said more news at E3 in June. I hope an Exclusive deal is done to include COD 2 on the PS4. Hell yeah. Take a look at the reveal hear.
