ShopTo are refusing to sell Activision games including Call of Duty Ghosts it has been revealed. It's due a dispute over when they can post pre orders of COD. Normally they post it on the Monday or Tuesday for a Friday release but Activision won't let them ship COD until 1 day before the official release date. Read the full report over at Eurogamer

EA have bought the right to make Star Wars game from Disney, after Disney acquired Lucas Arts a few months ago. The deal gives them rights to make games on all platforms, although Disney retains the rights to make casual games. EA say that: "The EA Studios that will develop these games are some of the most innovative and popular creative teams in the world, and include DICE and Visceral, in addition to the BioWare team"

In a new developer video, The Last of Us creative director Neil Druckmann and game director Bruce Straley talk about the origins of the games infected.
