Playstation 4 Raids Laras XBone Tomb. Ouch!

Sales data is in from Chart Track showing a huge unit sales margin in favour of the Playstation 4.
69% were sold on Sony's console knocking Fifa 14 off top spot. Much has been said that the PS4 version outperforms its XBone rival visually and performs better overall with a sharper image and faster frame rate.

It was rare that a multi plat game would show bigger sales on Sony's last console the Playstation 3. With news of Vita sales picking up Sony must be feeling a little smug right now.

For years gamers like myself have had to forgo the open world Lego games. A simple omission in the control set-up alienated what must be 50% of gamers in the newer open world parts of Lego games. Inverted Y-axis is common in most game but TT Games has never put it in the console games, strange as the Vita version of Lego LOTR had Inverted options. Good news, TT Games have listened to the masses. A patch for the PS4 version was prompted on start up of the game. It's unclear if the option was added later. I must point out that the option to invert does not show until you start the story. I can't comment on any other version of the game so please post up in the comments if you own the PS3 or Vita version. It's worth pointing out that Lego The Hobbit looks stunning on PS4 and runs in full HD (1080p).

Playstation VR is nearly here.

After a long break from the website I'm pleased to say that I'm back. VR is going to shake up games and who knows, change the way we play and think about games.  VR is nothing new but is has had a very slow start on PC. But this is PlayStation. Over 40 million gamers are able to jump right in just needing the PS camera and VR headset to get started. Are you ready? We can't wait. Reviews to follow.
