Fantastic news for fans of the propper Call Of Duty. By propper I mean the first games, where it all started. I remember playing on a 56K modem on a map called Carentan. Since then I've been to Normandy, twice and taken pictures of the bullet holes in the church. Carentan was taken by the US airborne mostly made up of the 101st and 82nd. I'm over the moon to see one of the best ever MP maps is back for COD WW2. It's for season pass holders only, timed, then to all later on. No indication as to how long the wait will be. I've never bought a season pass yet but this may have to be the first. A teaser shot is out and that's it. BUT what a teasing shot.

This is a very difficult game for me to review knowing nothing of the sport. I was in Couze-et-Saint-Front near Bergerac in France on holiday and witnessed the actual race first hand this summer. Anyone who has seen the race will know that the build up and party is what it's all about as the race itself will be gone in less than 20 seconds, 60 if you want to see the cars speed past afterwards. The game is more of a time consuming beast. The game is VERY deep and purists will love it. I couldn't help be amazed at the amount of bikes on screen and how deep the gameplay can be when you delve into all the options on hand during a race. I'm playing on a PS4 Pro and the game engine does take a little hit now and then but this is very small, all be it quite often. The graphics are not that bad considering this is made by a smaller developer but it's not mapped on real world areas in the game. Horizon Zero Dawn will have a "Complete Edition" one month after the Frozen Wilds DLC content in November. December 5th 2017. The game will have the Frozen Wilds add-on as well as all the special edition DLC from the first game, digital art etc Included DLC If you haven't played this game now is the time. I regard it as Platstation 4's best game to date. 

The brand new trailer for RDR has been shown by Rockstar. Little details are shown but maybe some insights into the main character? Take a look.

At the moment I'm playing through the excellent Playstation 4 console exclusive Sudden Strike 4. If you don't know about the game think Company of Heroes on PC and your on the right track. Set in World War 2 you can play as all three major war factions battling across war torn France and into Germany  taking in some of the conflicts bloodiest battles. Multiplayer is included as is remote play and PS4 PRO enhancements. So far this is turning out to be a very welcome game that is very long over due. A good WW2 RTS game is what's missing from Playstation so what are you waiting for? Buy it. So far it has a 4.6 out of 5 on PSN.

Now this is quite a shock, to me anyway. I'm used to waiting an age for Monster Hunter on Playstation. Then at this years Tokyo Game Show Capcom have said that the game will have a "Worldwide" release this coming January 26th 2018. Not only that but a special edition game and also a special edition Playstation 4 PRO bundle will also launch. Can't wait for this one.

UPDATE : It's worth pointing out that the game is a Playstation Console Exclusive. In case you didn't know and wanted a little World War 2 action then you'll be pleased to know that Sudden Strike 4 is out right now on Playstation 4. You get to play on three fronts to view battles from all sides, including Dunkirk and Operation Overloard. A new studio Kite games has been working hard for two years to put this together.
